Q. When will my W-2 be mailed?
A. All W-2s will be in the mail by January 31, 2025. We begin preparing the previous year’s W-2’s in early January. Since we will be mailing a large number each year, it may take several days to get them all posted. All original W2’s will be postmarked on or before January 31st.

Q. How can I receive my W-2 from a previous year?
A. The online Duplicate Request Form will permit you to request W-2’s for the previous 7 years. (Wages older than 7 years would be requested from the IRS.)
